Security and Privacy of Credit Card Payments
Transactions made on this site are completely secure, and none of your banking information is stored in our system. You can therefore enter your credit card information with complete peace of mind and let our intermediary handle the bank transfers. These highly secure banking transactions are made possible through our partnership with PayPal.

- Product Availability
Items listed on the website are presumed to be in stock. However, if an item is out of stock when we process your order, we will contact you and refund the full amount of your order.
- Price
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), U.S. dollars (USD), and euros (EUR). PV reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice. The price of the products you order is confirmed when you proceed from the shopping cart to checkout.
- Payment Terms
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, via PayPal.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping charges cover preparation, packaging, and postage. They are calculated based on the shipping address, the number of items ordered, the weight, and the total order amount.
- Product Delivery
PV will ship the ordered products to the shipping address provided at the time of order. Delivery will be made after the order is accepted, using the shipping method selected on the website. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the delivery address, the selected shipping method, product availability, and the time of year—particularly during the holidays and summer, when delivery times may be longer.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pick up the products in accordance with Canada Post’s guidelines.
For any product shipped outside of Canada, the purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with customs clearance and any other costs associated with exporting the product outside of Canada.
PV must receive full payment for the products to be shipped before proceeding with delivery.
- Refund Policy
Once an order has been shipped, refunds and product exchanges are not available, and all sales are final. To correct any transaction, please contact PV as soon as possible.
- Return of Defective Merchandise
Items supplied by PV are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item happens to be defective, we promise to exchange it or issue a refund, including shipping costs, within 10 business days of the delivery date, provided that a copy of the invoice is included.
