“In its brief, the AQPV put forward recommendations to help improve the bill and ensure its effectiveness. For the Association, it is essential to strengthen psychosocial and legal support for victims within the civil justice system, and therefore to set up collaboration between the various players. It is also essential to extend assistance and support measures, and to provide sufficient resources to ensure that all victims receive the necessary support.
On October 29, our colleagues 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐜 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐝, general manager, and 𝐋𝐞́𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫, political affairs manager, highlighted the significant advances in 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐢 𝐧° 𝟕𝟑 that will ensure greater accessibility to justice, and better protection for people who are victims of violence in civil matters. They also highlighted questions, comments and recommendations in connection with three specific measures of this bill either:
