Our team is very proud to present this new edition to you for the first time, more than 10 years after the publication of the last issue. As many of you know, work on relaunching *Cahiers de PV – Antenne sur la victimologie* has continued over the past year.
This project was particularly important to us because it aligns directly with our commitment to promoting knowledge transfer, highlighting promising practices, and showcasing the expertise of those who work with victims and their loved ones.
The 11th issue of Cahiers de PV, which you can view and download for free starting today, focuses on the victimization of minors.
It is important to note, however, that this project would not have been possible without the contributions of several of our members, who generously agreed to participate by serving on the external committee for Cahiers de PV. A huge thank you to Adriana Bungardean, Joanie Lafontaine, Julie Pelletier, Esq., Jean-Thierry Popieul, Catherine Rossi, Manon Saucier, and Andreea Zota. A very special thank you goes to Julie Pelletier, Esq., for her significant involvement in the discussions surrounding this issue and for publishing two articles.
This issue, led by our colleague Claudie Rémillard as editorial coordinator, brings together contributions from several experts from diverse backgrounds, to whom we extend our sincere thanks. Thanks to their knowledge, hands-on experience, and work, they enable us not only to offer you high-quality and diverse content, but also an issue rich in expertise and inspiring practices.

🟣 The article “Restorative Justice: Giving a Voice to Victims.” We would like to take this opportunity to thank Catherine Lapierre, a member of our board of directors and director of restorative justice and juvenile justice services at Équijustice, who contributed to the writing of this article.
🟣 Articles on the PEVC model to better understand the consequences experienced by children exposed to domestic violence, the “Les Survivantes” program run by the Integrated Anti-Trafficking Squad, as well as the Anti-Troll Toolkit developed by the Trois-Rivières Police Department.
