What to do?

Contact the Chief Prosecutor of the regional prosecutor’s office concerned. The Chief Prosecutor will examine the merits of your complaint. He or she must respond within a reasonable time and take appropriate measures to improve service quality.

What can you do if you are not satisfied with the Chief Prosecutor’s response?

You can file a complaint with the person in charge of complaints at the Office of the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (OCPP) by completing the form provided for this purpose.

The OCPP must send you a clear, personalized response tailored to your file within 30 working days of examining your reason for dissatisfaction.
