The Office of the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime aims to ensure that the Government of Canada fulfills its responsibilities to victims of crime. The Ombudsman’s mandate deals exclusively with matters of federal jurisdiction. The Office can answer your questions about your rights as a victim of crime.
