The CAAP is an independent organization that can assist you with your complaint. Services are free and confidential.  <\/p><p>Contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/systeme-et-services-de-sante\/droits-recours-et-plaintes\/regime-d-examen-des-plaintes\/#c4223\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">service quality and complaints commissioner<\/a> at your local Centre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux (CISSS) or Centre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 universitaire de sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux (CIUSSS). Within 45 days of receiving your complaint, a medical examiner will inform you of his or her conclusions, the solutions envisaged and the corrective measures requested. <\/p><h3><strong>What to do if you are not satisfied with the examiner&#8217;s answer?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Contact the establishment&#8217;s Review Committee.
