The Chief Prosecutor will examine the merits of your complaint. He or she must respond within a reasonable time and take appropriate measures to improve service quality.  <\/p><h3><strong>What can you do if you are not satisfied with the Chief Prosecutor&#8217;s response?  <\/strong><\/h3><p>You can file a complaint with the person in charge of complaints at the Office of the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (OCPP) by completing the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpcp.gouv.qc.ca\/ressources\/pdf\/Formulaire_plainte.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form provided for this purpose<\/a>.<br><br>The OCPP must send you a clear, personalized response tailored to your file within 30 working days of examining your reason for dissatisfaction.<\/p><h3><strong>What should you do if you feel the prosecutor has committed an ethical error?  <\/strong><\/h3><p>Contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barreau.qc.ca\/fr\/porter-plainte-avocat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Syndic&#8217;s Office of the Quebec Bar<\/a>.
