Victims&#8217; participation in CETM hearings remains marginal.   <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":360}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Not to mention that the victim is often close to the person declared ISP or NCR, which can make the situation all the more complex.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":360}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This brochure is intended for all victims of criminal acts committed by a person declared ISP or NCR and who come into contact with the CETM.
