In certain cases (domestic violence, sexual assault, pedophilia), the Quebec Parole Board must take all possible steps to communicate this information to the victim or the person acting on the victim&#8217;s behalf. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Express yourself<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You have the opportunity to submit written representations on the impact of the crime on you and your loved ones to the Quebec Correctional Services before they make the decision on whether or not to grant the offender a temporary absence.
