The maximum leave is 104 weeks; <\/li><li>Your presence is required with your child who has suffered serious injuries as a result of a criminal act, rendering him or her unable to carry out regular activities. The leave is for a maximum of 104 weeks; <\/li><li>Your spouse or child has died as a result of a criminal act.
